Items not received

i received notification from USPS stating they were awaiting the item 12/4/2024. Since then, there has not been tracking updates. I sent a follow up email to the greasehandzprintshop with no response. I will be contacting the credit card bank
if there if the items are not received or a response to this request for a rating is not received
